Delegate Pushkin moves to amend Com Sub for HB4196 on page 12, section 5, line 197, following the period by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

“(t) Each medication-assisted treatment program shall offer each patient a test for communicable blood-borne diseases at intake.”
